The device of illumination of warehouses and the logistical centres should provide norms of light exposure, uninterrupted operation of action of illumination, convenience of service and management.
Working illumination should provide norms of light exposure in premises and in points of production of works out of buildings. In warehouse buildings the general illumination is applied: in this case fixtures take places in the top zone of a premise in regular intervals (the general uniform illumination) or with reference to an arrangement storing the goods, (the general localized illumination) are at shelf storage.
Norms of light exposure for warehouses are established according to SNiP 23.05-95:
- For the closed warehouses at floor storage a minimum level of light exposure 75 lx with gas-discharge lamps, 50 lx – with lamps heating (on SNiP 11-4-79 this indicator was more low accordingly 50 and 30 lx);
- For shelf storages are 200 lx with gas-discharge lamps, 100 lx – with lamps heating.
Level of light exposure for ground storages is in limits from 20 to 50 lx. Fixtures suspend to the ropes tense over a warehouse platform, or establish on metal or ferro-concrete support.
At illumination of stacking warehouses it is necessary to consider that the height of masts should be on 5... 6 m are more than stack height. At such warehousing of a mast it is necessary to place on warehouse perimeter, opposite trains to reduce shade zones, created by stacks.
For internal illumination of the logistical centres light-emitting diode industrial fixture L-INDUSTRY 36, L-INDUSTRY 48 is recommended. For external illumination of the open warehouse areas it is recommended to use Sveteco 48 and Sveteco 96.
